We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.- **JOB SCOPE**:- Manage Direct Closure channel sales of business partner's bank staff.- Supervise and lead Insurance Advisor (IA) in supporting the Direct Closure channel.- Motivation, coaching and mentoring the IA in achieving their sales and align to company's direction.- Training and development of team in term of skills, knowledge and good sales practice with business partner bank staff.- Strategize and planning for the region sales team which include recruitment and allocation of resources in achieving the sales target.- Organizing and facilitating events, trainings and other activities to drive the sales for both Direct Closure channels- Collaborate and maintain good relationship with business partner towards achieving region sales target.**PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Lead a team which consists of Prudential's sales team and sales support for business partner bank staff.- Organize, facilitate and drive bancassurance through trainings, client events and sales activities related to bancassurance.- Strategize and planning in achieving the region sales target- Collaborate and maintain good relationship with business partner**JOB SPECIFICATION**Qualifications:- Possess a recognized Degree / Diploma / Certificate in any discipline.**Experience**:- Minimum 5 years sales management experience in the financial industry.Knowledge:- Strong products knowledge especially in insurance- Knowledge of insurance, banking and other financial products.- Sales and achievement-oriented with positive mindset and a good team-player.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multi-lingual ability.Job ID 24050022
