***Your role********Your responsibilities*****- Strategic leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for all LVD related product ranges and agency lines (except FICEP) for the South-East Asian market, aligning with overall business objectives and market dynamics.- Set annual sales target, define product mix target and profit margin for each product with consensus from General Manager / Managing Director.- Market expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase market share:- Break into strategic key accounts for long term growth.- Develop and penetrate into new accounts.- Customer relationship management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Conduct sales presentation and value added solutions to customers when deemed required.- Handle project sales and negotiations. Review and analyse machine costing, profit margin and market pricing with Managing Director for competitive and strategic projects order.- Team management:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Area Managers across various countries, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.- Ensure optimal and efficient territory coverage on existing and new accounts, with a responsibility to handle the recruitment process and make recommendations for any potential sales engineers/marketing executive for General Manager's / Managing Director's approval.- Conduct yearly appraisal for the sales team and propose each sales personnel development plan.- Ensure the sales team effectively uses Salesforce for reporting, forecasting, and customer relationship management.- Performance monitoring: Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team. Utilize Salesforce to track, manage, and analyse sales activities and performance. Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure goals are met.- Reporting:- Provide regular reports on sales performance, sales projections, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.- Review and evaluate quotations and lost order reports to ensure that each quote is given its best opportunity tbe translated to orders- Manage the entire Pre-Sales and Post Sales process (from Sales call > Quote > PO > Contract > Payment Terms > Delivery > Installation Coordination > FAC); including responsibility for machines sales collection with the support from administration.- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer engagement.- As when needed, work together with Customer Support on machine failure during warranty period or service issues as team effort to accomplish positive results.- Work closely with LVD Belgium Group Marketing Manager and General Manager / Managing Director to develop innovative annual marketing plan & budget to drive profitable growth.- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Company.***Skills*****- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Deep understanding of the South-East Asian market dynamics and cultural nuances.- Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage a diverse team.- Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term customer loyalty.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience in leveraging it to lead and manage sales teams is a plus.- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.***Qualifications*****- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technical Field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a regional or senior sales management role, preferably within the South-East Asian market.- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
