Position : Regional Planning Specialist Company Industry : Consumer Heatlh Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0830 hour to 1730) Working Mode: On- Site Working Duration 24 months contract with PERSOLKELLY Notes: Work on last Saturday of company calendar month - will be compensated with replacement leave. WHO CAN APPLY University degree in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain or other relevant qualifications 5-7 years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes Experience with ERP (SAP) & Planning Systems (APO/OMP) Proficiency in MS Office applications What you will do JOB SCOPE :
Coordination with warehouse/distributor on inventory movement and perform reconciliation on periodic basis. Transfer Order Management : Establish, Track and report on key indicators of plan completion related to planning accuracy and efficiency. Continuously evaluate indicators to identify deviation to the plan that require corrective actions and to refine the distribution planning process to enhance its result Export Management :
Collaborate with affiliate entities to ensure On time in full replenishment of their demand Subcon management : Purchase order management for Subcon SKUs Stock replenishment : Stock replenishment from Malaysia bonded warehouse to Singapore warehouse, monitor in case need stock allocation and reduce lead times and inventory Master data : Ensures planning master data is accurate, develops and implements supply planning rules, standards, and process to support the overall planning agenda Serious applicants can send your updated resume to
