The work you do will leave a lasting and positive imprint on the candidates, hiring leaders and colleagues you work with.The Regional Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) Manager at Haleon will manage Regional Talent Acquisition Coordinators and work closely with, Regional Talent Acquisition Leaders, Recruiters, HR colleagues and candidates, to ensure a best-in-class recruitment process and effective management of administrative tasks across the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.Responsibilities: Oversee Talent Acquisition Coordination end-to-end processes including but not limited to; ATS job administration and compliance, interview scheduling, background checks, offer management, pre-boarding, and onboarding activities.Manage a team of regional TA Coordinators including development and performance management.Resolution of local/regional escalations with a remedial action plan.Analysis of regional data to identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with TA Centre of Excellence, regional TA leaders and People Services to ensure best practice and alignment of process.Monitor Global KPI's with the regional TA leaders to ensure an efficient end-to-end journey driven by key metrics.Basic Qualifications:EssentialDemonstrated command of Talent Acquisition hiring processes and the administrative steps that support the end-to-end journey.Experienced people manager who can inspire high performance and team collaboration.Experience implementing new ways of working or process improvement within a Talent Acquisition or People Services function supporting a global or regional TA team.Knowledge of regional hiring compliance.Data-driven, understands TA metrics and how they support the hiring experience.Fluent in English.Fluent in one of the following languages: Mandarin or Japanese.PreferredDemonstrated knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to use data to generate insights and adoption of technologies or processes.Care to join us.
