Regional User Operations Specialist (Promotion

Location:**Malaysia**- Department: Commercial- Location: Malaysia- Team and Role Introduction:- Regional User Incentives overseeing promotions and mechanics in Lazada platform across all 6 ventures.**Responsibilities**:- Work with different teams (Finance, Business Intelligent, local ventures) to lead promotions and mechanics end to end.- Steer User Incentives performance across all ventures- With use of Data, present business insights to business leaders to support business strategies.**Job Requirements**Degree in Analytics/ Business Field- Minimum 8 years experience in driving product operations and growth- Good Data Analytical skills ( SQL, Tableau etc), able to turn data into business insights- Leadership capabilities, track records in leading teams- Experience in E-commerce field, driving variety of promotion mechanisms highly preferred
