Learn how to write about these hereor refer to some samples.- Provide comprehensive nursing care to Senior Members of Staff.- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of the client's physical and mental health status.- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on the client's needs, preferences, and goals.- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the client's healthcare provider.- Monitor vital signs, observe and document changes in the client's condition, and report any concerns or abnormalities.- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) when necessary.- Help the client with mobility and transfers, utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment as needed.- Provide emotional support, companionship, and reassurance to the client and their family members.- Educate the client about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.- Collaborate with other members of staff from other departments (HR / Management), to ensure coordinated care when necessary.- Coordinate and schedule medical appointments and accompany the client to healthcare visits within official working hours.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.- Monitor and manage medical equipment and supplies, ensuring availability and proper functioning.- Recognize and respond to emergencies or sudden changes in the client's condition, following established protocols.- Foster a safe and comfortable environment for the client, promoting their independence and well-being.- Operate and maintain in-house clinic, will be fully in-charge clinically and administratively.- Ensure all medical devices & equipment in clinic is functioning & maintain well & update weekly checklist.- Provide CPR during emergency cases.- Accompany patient to hospital by ambulance immediately for emergency cases.- Monitor, review and, if appropriate, provide suggestion for improving the quality of the work place to HR.- Office operation, weekdays, Monday - Friday, except Public Holidays.**Job Requirement**- Possesses Certificate/Diploma in Medical Assistant or Medical & Health Sciences- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field- Good communication skills in English. Added advantage if able to speak & write in Mandarin.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to Friday
