If you are a determined individual who has a passion for problem-solving, building relationships with clients, as well as creating and closing new opportunities, we want you!This is what you can expect to be doing:- Identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers- Help potential employers understand the benefits of hiring through FastJobs- Incubate and nurture prospective employers and generate new leads- Effective follow up with employers, moving them along the sales cycle- Regularly contribute improvement suggestions to the team- Continuous self-improvements to refine your individual sales approach- Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collectionRequirements- 1 to 2 years of work experience in sales is preferred- Sales background in Recruitment industry is an added advantage- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu- Effective communication with both internal and external parties- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals- Comfortable working in fast changing environment- High ethical standards- Believes in being a strong team player- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work- Doesn't take NO for an answer- Willing to work and travel within Klang ValleyBenefits
