Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s):?English, Mandarin
At least 3?Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Banking Sales, property negotiation, analytical skill, Self-initiative.
Responsibilities:
Manages, grows and retains the 360 degree relationship with the investor in relation to client service queries/ complaints regarding administrative/ operations issues.
Ensure all necessary information and documents can be collected on time and arrange schedule with investors for any upcoming activities.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure investor needs are fulfilled effectively, escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by investor.
Collect and analyze feedback to ensure overall investor experience are on high level of satisfaction.?
Identify possible sales opportunities and generate new business for the company.
Able to speak and write English & Mandarin?
