Reliability Lab Operator

**Job Summary**:**onsemi **is looking for a Reliability Lab Operator. The role of the Reliability Lab Operator is primarily to manage the Rel run as per RMS steps as per standard Rel Requirement, the Rel Lab Operator to be involved in Front end process, Environment stress Loading - Unloading process, Hardware maintenance and BIP test process, maintaining good 5S practice and any other operation related task.**Performance ObjectivesThis opportunity will require the Rel Lab Opertot to have the following performance objectives:- Must be able to work a 12-hour compressed shift in a cleanroom environment.- Hardworking, flexible team player with superior attention to detail and computer knowledge.- The ability to multi-task and manage a large volume of activity and demands.- Must have a solid understanding of the value of working within a team environment.- Manage, clean, and comply to SOP to support Rel Lab operations.- Wearing ESD garments is necessary to meet the Product handling requirement ( ESD )**onsemi **(Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future. Each shift is 12 hours per day; alternating 4 working days with Off & Rest Day- On occasion, the position may require a variation from the normal compressed work week to support other shifts.- Arriving on shift at the scheduled time and punctuality from breaks and lunches is mandatory to always ensure appropriate coverage.
