Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Telekom Malaysia Berhad. This part-time position is located in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process remotely.

Responsibilities:- Process and reconcile customer invoices and payments- Follow up on overdue accounts and manage collections- Generate and analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions- Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounts receivable processes

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred- Detail-oriented and organized with a high level of accuracy- Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus
