Job Description:
The Remote Call Center Officer at Nestlé Malaysia will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls from the comfort of their own home in Malacca City, Melaka. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Answering incoming customer calls and providing assistance with product inquiries, complaints, and feedback- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or to conduct surveys- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer profiles in the company database- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:- Driven and independent personality traits- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications- High school diploma or equivalent- Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
