Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team at QSR Brands in Johor Bahru, MY. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company. As a Remote Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and friendly manner.2. Assisting clients with account management, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.3. Coordinating with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.4. Keeping accurate records of client interactions and maintaining up-to-date client profiles.5. Following up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and addressing any additional concerns they may have.6. Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance client experience.7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and streamline client communication.
Requirements:1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.2. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.5. High school diploma or equivalent.6. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.7. Must be motivated to learn and grow within the company.
