Remote Contact Center Associate

UEM Sunrise Berhad is currently seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, independent, possess strong decision-making skills, and have excellent presentation abilities.

As a Remote Contact Center Associate at UEM Sunrise Berhad, your responsibilities will include:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, concerns, and feedback- Providing accurate and timely information to customers in a professional and courteous manner- Resolving customer issues and escalating to appropriate departments when necessary- Maintaining customer records and updating databases with relevant information- Collaborating with team members and management to improve customer service processes and procedures- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets set by the company

Requirements for this position include:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
