Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Dialog Group Berhad. As a Remote Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities:1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.3. Utilize various communication channels to interact with customers, including phone, email, and chat.4. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database.5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.6. Meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.8. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions.

Requirements:1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with emotional intelligence.4. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.5. Passion for providing excellent customer service and helping customers resolve issues.6. Experience with people management or leadership roles is a plus.7. Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and have a reliable internet connection for remote work.
