Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Remote Live Chat Manager to join our team at Perodua. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, you will be responsible for managing our live chat operations remotely from Malacca City, Melaka, MY.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of live chat agents- Monitor live chat interactions to ensure quality customer service- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery- Train and onboard new live chat agents- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints- Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:- 8 years of experience in customer service or related field- Hardworking and confident personality traits- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively- Proficiency in live chat software and customer service tools- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
