Remote Pr Associate

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a Remote PR Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in public relations or related field.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement PR campaigns to promote the company's brand and products- Write press releases, pitch stories to media outlets, and coordinate interviews with key stakeholders- Monitor and analyze media coverage to evaluate the effectiveness of PR strategies- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media representatives- Assist in organizing events, press conferences, and product launches- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure consistent messaging- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify PR opportunities

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field- Proven track record of successfully executing PR campaigns- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Driven and reliable personality traits- Adaptability and negotiation soft skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
