1. Market Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of local, and national commercial real estate markets. Utilize various data sources and analytical tools to forecast market trends, demand-supply dynamics, and investment opportunities.

2. Data Management and Analysis: Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of real estate data, including property sales, lease transactions, market reports, and economic indicators. Analyze data to identify patterns, correlations, and emerging market trends.

3. Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitors' activities, market positioning, and portfolio strategies. Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders regarding competitive landscape and potential implications for our business.

4. Client Advisory Support: Collaborate with client-facing teams to develop customized research reports, presentations, and market briefings. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients, addressing their specific investment objectives and challenges.

Qualifications: Â
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Urban Planning, or related field preferred. 4-6 years of experience in commercial real estate research, market analysis, or related roles. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, and familiarity with real estate databases. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. Deep understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, market dynamics, and investment strategies. Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate market shifts, and identify emerging opportunities.
