Research Assistant (Child Psychology)

**SUMMARY**Participate in the design, administration and monitoring of research. Analyze and evaluate data gathered during research. Ensure compliance with protocol and overall research objectives.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Work under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to the Senior Research Assistant and Chairman.- Collect, analyze and verify information in accordance with specified research protocol that were given- Prepare findings from latest research publication in the form of thesis or articles.- Integrate findings from the latest research publication into books, papers, scripts, slides and others.- Focus research efforts in specialized field within the realms of physics- Create an accurate hypothesis for each research and make it easier for layman to understand- Plan and take control over the path of research and gather relevant data that is needed.- Attend research and operation meetings when needed.- Write and contribute to research publications at established platform such as science direct or scopus- Summarise the researched content for understanding and usage of other departments'- The Management may amend your job scope and responsibilities from time to time in line with company expansion, strategy, structure, and roles.Requirement:Specialized in CHILD PSYCHOLOGYThose who have written a thesis are encouraged to apply.**Operation Hour**:Wednesday - Friday : 9.00 am - 6.00 pmSaturday - Sunday : 8.15 am - 5.30 pmMonday : 9.00 am - 1.00 pmTuesday : ClosedPay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Content Writer: 2 years (preferred)- Research: 2 years (preferred)- Child Psychology: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)- Bahasa Inggeris (preferred)License/Certification:- B2/D (preferred)
