Role Description This is a full-time Research Assistant role at Fish Camp Learning Sdn Bhd, located in Petaling Jaya, with flexibility for some remote work. The Research Assistant will be responsible for conducting research on various learning methodologies & tools, talent assessment and behavioural analysis tools, as well as various models, theories and framework. The role is a hybrid position, primarily located in Petaling Jaya with the option to work from home as needed. The main roles are:
Assist in the design and execution of research studies. Conduct literature reviews and synthesize findings. Analyse and study various models, framework and theories. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various research papers, survey, and best practices. Prepare research materials, documentations, reports, and presentations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource or related field. Proven experience as a Research Assistant or in a related role. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Ms Excel and statistical tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Familiarity with standard software for data management and analysis will be an added advantage.
