Research & Consultancy Executive (Penang)

**Location: Knight Frank Penang - Menara Boustead****Job Overview**: The Research & Consultancy Executive (Real Estate) will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, report writing, client liaison, and providing strategic consultancy. This role involves preparing proposals, attending client meetings, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting Directors with presentations and inquiries.**Key Responsibilities**:**1. Report Writing and Client Liaison**:- Write detailed research and consultancy reports on various real estate markets.- Liaise with clients to understand their study requirements and provide tailored solutions.- Attend meetings and project briefings, and present findings to clients when required.**2. Proposal Preparation**:- Prepare proposals, consulting with the director on fees and time frames.- Ensure proposals are comprehensive and align with client needs and project goals.**3. Market Tracking and Data Management**:- Ensure consistent updates of market tracking information.- Improve the storage of information, both soft copy and physical storage.- Ensure yearly subscriptions to relevant associations are renewed.- Identify and subscribe to new research materials, publications, and subscriptions that enhance research capabilities.- Update and maintain the accuracy of the in-house property database.**4. Support to Directors**:- Assist Directors in preparing presentation materials for clients and investors.- Answer property-related inquiries from Knight Frank offices, investors, and media.- Participate in general market briefings for investors and potential clients as required.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.- Strong analytical and research skills with a keen attention to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.- Familiarity with data analysis tools and real estate databases is a plus.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in real estate research or consultancy is a plus.
