**Responsibilities**:- To perform development of new product and improvement of further processed products and process.- To conduct lab and pilot trial in order to prepare samples of new projects.- To conduct shelf-life testing for further processed product.- To plan, monitor and control chemical analysis for raw meat and further processed product.- To evaluate and manage and best value ingredients and consumables for the production department.- To plan and coordinate with procurement and further processing department on the supply, nature and quality requirements of ingredients for further processed products.- To check and confirm purchase requisition for ingredients and product packaging.- To prepare monthly stock report for ingredients and customer ingredients.- To plan, monitor and control chemical and microbiological analysis for further processed product ingredients.- To ensure compliance of R&D activities according to company policies SOP, food safety standards (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, JAKIM, MUI and OSH) requirements.- To assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned.**Requirements**:- At least 2 years working experience in food industry will be an added advantage.- Familiar with Food Act 1983 & Food Regulation 1985.- Understand the overall design & development processes.- Good knowledge of chemical and microbiological analysis for food products.- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, sensory skills, meticulous and organized.- Applicant must be willing to work at Masjid Tanah, Malacca.Any inquiry, please contact HR/ WhatsApp: 019-3283100.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
