Research Executive

Maintaining of quality of company's materials and products and carry out research for the improvement of the company's existing products.- Set up minimum standards for the selection and utilization of raw materials, components and chemicals and formulate general policies on materials composition, testing and control.- Perform various quality control tests and maintain the desired quality of finished products.- Instruct and supervise assistants in the physical testing and re-testing of materials received from suppliers.- Performs research studies for the improvement of existing products, manufacturing processes or for the development of the related.- To assist designers on design and development of new products and as per customer's requirement.- To assist in the preparation and distribution of product costing, specification and samples.- Liaise with SIRIM, SATRA, LGM suppliers and other related departments.- Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the head of other departments.**Requirement**- Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Polymer Science or equivalent or- One year experience in rubber and manufacturing industry- Good communications skills, matured, independent and able to develop interpersonal relation at all levels.- Knowledge on ISO 9001-2015 is an added advantage.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Research Executive: 1 year (preferred)
