Lead Researcher As the Research Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the research function, driving projects from conception to completion, and providing strategic insights to support key business decisions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for research and a proven track record in leading successful research initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive research strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead end-to-end research projects, including design, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Build a high-performing research team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand research needs and deliver actionable insights. Explore and implement innovative research methodologies to enhance the depth and breadth of research initiatives. Conduct in-depth data analysis, interpret findings, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Manage research budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of projects. Oversee the development of research reports, whitepapers, and other publications. Facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization based on research insights. Requirements Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., Market Research, Social Sciences, Business). Proven experience in leading research initiatives. Strong proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis tools, and statistical techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a sole position.
