Overview The Research Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our telecommunications and datacenter initiatives. This position involves identifying emerging trends, driving innovations, ensuring that our research provides valuable insights towards the evolving needs of the industry.Develop and deliver research insights in telecommunications, infrastructure and datacenter technologies that are relevant to the AP and ASEAN market.Collaborate with key stakeholders to align research objectivesMonitor technological and market trends in telecommunications, infrastructure and datacenter, particularly within Asia Pacific.Ensure the quality and relevance of research output, and oversee the publication of research findings. Responsibilities Responsible for research, building network and relationships with key clients supporting technological areas in telecommunications, infrastructure and datacenter.This role involves identifying new research opportunities, driving and supporting projects based on customers' requirement.Work with Regional and Global stakeholders to deliver research outcomes within job scope.Lead and manage advance research insights in telecommunications, infrastructure and datacenter technologies.Participate in conferences, briefings and workshops, representing the company in the mentioned technology community.Communicate research findings through publications, presentations, internal reports and honoraria engagements.Foster relationships with clients and industry partners in AP, ASEAN and Globally. Qualifications Strong Experience in Telecommunications, Infrastructure and Datacenter Technologies, including familiarity with the latest technologies and trends.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (or other relevant languages)Proven track record of leading successful research initiatives or projects.5 years of working experiences and above#LI-DNI
