Reservation & Ticketing Assistant

**Education and Experience**:1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism will be preferable).2. Have knowledge of the GDS system (ABACUS/SABRE).3. Have prior experience in using Airlines reservation systems (preferable)4. Proficient in MS Office**Job Descriptions**:1. Responsible for the processing of ticketing requests submitted by agents as well as responding to service desk inquiries submitted for assistance with booking, pricing, air contract questions, or any related airline queries.2. Ability to manipulate complex international itineraries for the purpose of best pricing options utilizing published and/or Net fare pricing options.3. Stay up to date with international travel trends and travel requirements.4. Knowledge of airline rules and regulations, and reading fare rules.5. Verify ticket validity before staging a reservation for exchange.6. Resolve Ticket errors & prepare daily reports.**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Airline Ticketing: 3 years (preferred)
