Resident Care Assistant

a) Provide resident care to achieve customer satisfaction. It is achieved by:- Attending to resident needs or queries promptly- To notify or report to superior, if unsure of any resident care- Assists in activities daily living of patient eg. feeding, cleaning, patient positioning, back care and etc.- To assist in providing emotional support and guidanceb) To ensure safe, clean and efficient working environment by being- Responsible for tidying and maintaining cleanliness of the resident care home at all times- Ensure all resources are in functioning order.- To perform clerical duties- To perform effective planning, provision and maintenance of resources- To attend courses/ lectures relevant to job performance and development- Reduce wastage- To check inventory of equipment and report any issues ie. faulty equipment, stock issues and etc.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payApplication Deadline: 07/31/2023Expected Start Date: 11/06/2023
