Resident Quantity Surveyor (Qs)

Main Job Scope: Required to perform quantity surveying duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office.   Duties (Key Responsibilities) : Handles and runs projects under close monitoring and supervision of Senior Assistant Technical Director/Assistant Technical Director [SATD/ATD]. Assists SATD/ATD in day-to-day duties on all projects handled. Attends all Project Co-ordination, Technical or Site Meeting of projects under their care. Preparation of final accounts, measurement of variations, measurement of Bills of Quantities and estimates. Responsible for anchoring the preparation of Bills of Quantities allocated by Technical Director/SATD.
