Restaurant Chef

- Chef required for an exclusive restaurant
- Must have experience preparing Indian cuisine.
- Must be able to cook authentic Indian dishes comprising breakfast, lunch, tea time and dinner delicacies and meals.
- Need to plan, execute, organize, cook and prepare meals.
- Planning, supervising and coordinating kitchen crew.
- Checking the quality of food.
- Inventory and stock checking
- Following the SOP of the Health Ministry.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen & crew.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Preferably Malaysian Indian
- If foreigners, PR required.
