JOB SUMMARYResponsible for the overall supervision, directions and managing the daily operations of a Restaurant. Leads and provides guidance to the team in delivering a high standard of services while achieving the company's target and goal.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Working closely with management to meet revenue objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions in addressing to the restaurant's operation.- Compliance to the company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products, and equipment.- Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary.- Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations.- Response efficiently and effectively towards customers' feedback, such as complimentary or complaints received in achieving the standard of customers' satisfaction level.- Train, motivate, and provide regular feedback to staff in delivering their best services.- Organize work schedule and supervise shifts for the team.- Managing the team productivity and quality by involving in the staff annual appraisal and provide feedback to improve team and individual performance.- Ensure the maintenance of high-standards quality control, hygiene, health, and safety.- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the management.**JOB COMPETENCIES**- Preferable 3 years relevant working experience is required.- Experience in leading a team will be an advantage.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Willing to learn and able to work in a team.- Able to work by shift assigned, overtime, and public holiday.**Salary**: RM3,400.00 - RM3,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Restaurant management: 3 years (preferred)
