Restaurant Manager

**Job Title: Outlet Manager -Shabuyaki****Location: Seremban****Job Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Plan & coordinate daily store operations to improve outlet profitability, customer satisfaction and brand image- Able to lead and monitor the team to provide high quality of service consitently- Advises and consults with the Area Manager-Service and Head of Kitchen Operations for all customer 's feedback- Create and maintain a pleasant working environtment for better teamwork & motivation- Handle staff discipinary issues in the restaurant- Ensure all staffs compliance with SOP and safety requirements in the restaurant- Responsible for the restaurant financial and costing matters- Train/share the product, member card, customer service, complaint handling, and restaurant equipment knowledge with all staffs- Perform monthly reports as per Company's requirement**Qualifications**:- Proven experience as an Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, or at minimum 4 years in Food and Beverages service.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and health and safety regulations.- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Offices- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Staff Meals- Perfect Attendance Allowance- Fixed Allowance- Profit sharing**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Night shift- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Restaurant Management: 1 year (preferred)
