**1. Restaurant General Manager****- Local 1 Position- MITC Melaka Salary: RM 2,000.00 - RM 3,000.00****- Job Duties and Responsibilities**- Overseeing and managing daily operations. Managing daily front and back of house restaurant operations. Maintain Safety and Food Quality standards.- Enhancing employee productivity and professional development. Appraising staff performance and providing feedback- Managing recruitment and training new and current employees. Creating Staff Schedules by tracking employee work hours and payroll. Ensuring all staff complies with health and safety regulations.- Provide upper management with regular reports. Ensuring all cash outs are completed correctly at the end of the day. Creates reports weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses- Designing strategy and setting goals for growth- Analyzing and enhancing operations and financial performance. Managing inventory and stocks based from sales and operation needs. Controlling operational costs and finding ways to reduce costs- Maximizing customer satisfaction and responding to customer complaints.- Reviewing products quality and researching new vendors. Requirement- Experience as Restaurant Manager Role - QSC in F&B for 3 years and above. - Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills- Attention to detail. Outstanding administrative skills- Strong desire to create high-quality dining experiences- Approachable, friendly, and able to motivate others- Experience working long shifts- Financial management skills and ability to keep inventory organized- Food and beverage knowledge, including the ability to remember menu items.
