**Job Function**:Supervises all service staff comprising of F&B Service crews in providing food and beverage service to guests of the Restaurant. In achieving the level of excellence, he/she has to ensure that the discipline of the staff under him/her is maintained and that they are adequately trained and directed. During peak periods, he/she performs food and beverage services to the guests and makes recommendations for improvements.- Able to work **Berjaya Times Square****Responsibility**- Promotes, works, and acts in a manner consistent with the mission of **Luna Luna**- Adheres to all company rules and regulations, company policies and assists in enforcing them.- Works as a team and offers help when needed.- Assists Manager in forecasting staff requirements and in scheduling breaks time, day off, annual leave and overtime requirements.- Always be punctual, efficient and courteous. Assumes at all times a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each guest and staff.- Supervises and participates in kitchen and front of house cleaning activities.- Compiles and balances cash receipts at the end of the day or shift.- Observes and evaluates the partners and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service.- Recommends measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety.- Coordinates with and assists fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.- Ensures that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant's receiving policies and procedures.- Assists follow up with manager on HR, stock check, account and other documents and paper works instruction by superior.- Handles emergency situations and other incidents.- Keeps communicate with superior and report if any incident.- Is the second person in charge if Managers are not around.- Makes sure all retail items are displayed in the standard and correct way.- Inspects supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards- Manages the opening and closing of the store**Requirements**:- Min. 2 years in supervisory position, preferably F&B- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English- Required Skills: Results-oriented, team player, positive attitude, customer oriented, self-motivated, willingness to learn and has the ability to prioritize- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holiday.**Benefits**- 5 working days only- Insurance coverage- Medical- Staff Meal- EPF and SOCSO**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Salary**: RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay
