Cove Circuit is currently voted as one of the best Simracing Esports Hubs in South East Asia in terms of hardware and equipment specifications.As a floor crew of Cove Circuit, you will be in charge of:- Handling Cashier system- Allocating customers/members to their preferred station.- Promoting memberships, activities and campaigns to the customers- Managing online or phone reservations.- Show your inner DJ by setting the mood with your music selection on Spotify.- Choose the Astro shows (G rating only!)- Occasional technical troubleshooting (we'll teach you don't worry!)- Floor managing during tournaments or events.- Making sure our "ship" is clean & spotless.- Make friends - lots of them- Setup games and lobby for our racer customers- Conduct quick briefing to each/groups of customers**Full Time Working Hours**:11:00 AM - 8:00 PM for Day Shift (Break 1.5 Hr)OR5:00 PM - 2:00 AM for Night Shift (Break 1.5 Hr)**Full Time Working Days**:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (6 Days)ORMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday (6 Days)**Working Hours & Days will be rotated every month.****Part Time Working Hours/ Days**:- Flexible Hours & Days- Minimum Requirement = 15 Hours / Week**Other Requirements**:- **English** and speakers.- **Previous working experience** in customer service, or customer service related fields are ENCOURAGED to apply- **Great communication** ability and interpersonal skills at all levels.- Good persuasive and **interactive characters** are advantages- Knowledge of **basic** computers & gaming- Willing to work on any work schedules- **ABLE TO WORK ON SATURDAY, SUNDAY & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS**:- **WILLING TO WORK FOR MORE 6 Months****Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Student jobPay: RM8.00 - RM14.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 - 45 per week**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Holidays- Night shift- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Retention bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (required)**Experience**:- Retail: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (required)- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)**Location**:- Cyberjaya (preferred)
