Retail Assistant (Ioi City Mall Putrajaya)

**Responsibilities : -**- Welcome and greet customers.- Prepare and complete e-commerce orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. (load, pack, wrap, label, ship and deliver.)- Experience in handling Shopee orders, returns & refunds.- Involved in all work related to the store.- Furniture, Interior goods, and Household goods sales.- Receiving goods from Distribution Center.- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.- Maintain a fully stocked store.- Keep up to date with product information.- Follow all companies' policies and procedures.**Requirements: -**- Minimum SPM or equivalent- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Required language(s): English- Able to follow the retail operating hour and work on weekends and public holidays if required.- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.**Benefits : -**- Overtime Allowance- Medical Allowance- Average 8 to 10 Days off work per monthPlease WhatsApp us at 017-9708683 to know more details.
