Retail Assistant (Ioi Mall Putrajaya)

**Main Job & Responsibilities**- To assist on retail store sales.- To keep the store fully stoke- To have full products knowledge (all SKU's).- To maintain the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions- To delivery exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfaction- To Interact with customers and identify their needs and preferences- To operate cash registers and point-of-sale machines- To receive and verify the quality and quantity of new shipments- To enforce in-store security and health and safety procedures and regulations- Any other relevant task and assignment which will be communicated from time to time**Background**- Minimum educational background in any field.- Fresh graduate however preferred with 1 year of working experience in related field.- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.**Specific Knowledge and Skills Requirement**- Customer Service and Product Knowledge- Communication- Negotiation and Patience- Positive Attitude- Ability to Work Under Pressure- Exceptional customer service skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to stand for long periods- Knowledge of point-of-sale software- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills- In-depth knowledge of stocked merchandise**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 05/01/2024
