Retail Assistant - Pewter & Jewelry Luxury Store

Store Location: Around KLOur client is from one of the largest luxury retail companies in Malaysia. The business is continuously growing and they're expanding their team by hiring experienced Client Advisor.**Responsibilities**:- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers and resolving any issues that may arise- Assisting customers with returns, exchanges, repairs for customer's satisfaction**Qualifications**:- Minimum 1-3 years' experience working in a retail industry- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and the competitors is an advantage- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and customer service**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: Up to RM2,400.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay
