Retail Management Trainee @ Guardian Taman Johor

Responsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation- Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)- Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)- To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers- Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth- Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation- Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer- Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints- Assisting in all aspects of outlet, especially display, merchandising and cleanliness**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,850.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Evening shift- Holidays- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Are you willing to work on weekends ?- Are you willing to work on public holidays ?- Will you be able to work and stand during the entire working hours?- Will you be able to work overtime at any time when needed?**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Malay (preferred)
