Retail Management Trainee

**Salary: SGD 2,750 - SGD 2,990**:- **6 days week**:- **Retail shift hours**:- **Need to relocate to Singapore****Responsibilities**:- Learn and understand all aspects of our shoe brand's business operations- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers at the retail stores- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build loyalty and ensure repeat business- Maintain visual merchandising standards in the store, ensuring that displays are attractive and well-maintained- Prepare daily sales reports, cash reports, and other administrative tasks as required- Assist in analyzing sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities- Learn and practice effective leadership and management techniques- Continuously improve store operations and processes to enhance customer experience and increase efficiency Qualifications**Job Requirements**- At least Bachelor's degree in any field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks- Passion for the fashion industry and knowledge of current fashion trends- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing work environmentEA Personnel No: R22106906, EA License No: 17C8871**Salary**: RM9,300.00 - RM10,200.00 per month
