The company is a large Australian based MNC with leading departmental store in Malaysia - an omnichannel retailers that sells Electrical, Computers, Furniture and Bedding products.Job Descriptions:- Managing a retail store, oversee promotional campaigns and vents.- Develop and train sales personnel to drive the revenue and ensure efficiency.- Understand customer's requirements and identify buying trends.- Build relationship with customers and provide excellent after sales service.- Managing budget/expenses by controlling the stock levels and purchases.- Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitoring competitors' movement in Malaysia.- Handle complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation.- Ensure the staffs are always adhere to the standards and quality, customer service and health.Job Requirements:- Good communication and interpersonal abilities (verbal and written).**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Butterworth: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
