Retail Sales Assistant

You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about our products, orders and deliveries and provide support to sales representatives.
Training is provided

Main duties include but not limited to :-
- Maintain and housekeeping of retail store, stock check, stock handling and stock control
- Receiving and arranging/storing stock received from warehouse and suppliers
- Paste price tags on merchandise
- Stocking shelves with merchandise
- Keeping up todate with product information, special promotions and products display
- Attending to incoming phone calls
- Serve customers and ensure high level of customers satisfaction through excellent customer service

- Report customers feedback, problems and discrepancies to superior
- Follow all company policies and procedures

Job Requirements :-
- Having a friendly and engaging personality with customer service focus
- Must be helpful and polite
- Able to work as part of a sales team with high level of dedication and detail oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
