Retail Store Manager (Sport Shop) - Georgetown

**TREES AND SUN OUTDOOR (Camping & Hiking Shop)**Location: No 230, Lebuh Kimberly Georgetown, Penang**Working Hours**:- Working hour: 10 am - 7 pm- One day off per week**Salary**:RM3000 to RM6000 (Based on experience) + Commission**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage and oversea the shop operation, developing a routine for opening and closing, ensuring efficient functioning of the shop, managing the sales floor and providing maximum profitability.- Seasonal change/ merchandise display to present the season highlight to promote better shopping experience.- Analysis sales figure and seek ways to increase sales via looking into areas of strengths and weaknesses guided by commercial numbers and on floor observation- Control inventory and provide update to Manager to ensure sufficient stock, daily and weekly counts, rotated and changed by season, shop specials or sales.- Handle customers' inquiries and provide assistance to resolve their concern.- Lead and motive his team to achieve daily target set.**REQUIREMENTS**:- At least 2-4 years of **retail management experience**, or a min of 3 years in a supervisory role. preferably in sport/footwear- Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Attendance bonus- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- supervising/managing: 3 years (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)
