Retail Trainer (Beauty Industry)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Trainer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Retail Trainer, you will play a vital role in educating our retail team on the latest beauty trends, fostering a positive learning environment, and driving sales through exceptional product knowledge.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct training sessions for retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.- Develop training materials, presentations, and resources to support learning objectives.- Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to ensure training content is relevant and current.- Provide ongoing coaching and support to retail staff to enhance their skills and performance.- Collaborate with store managers and regional trainers to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed.- Maintain a positive and engaging training environment to motivate and inspire retail staff.**Requirements**:- Previous experience in retail training, preferably in the beauty industry.- Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to adapt training content to meet the needs of diverse learners.- Proven track record of driving sales and improving performance through training initiatives.- Organizational skills and attention to detail.- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed.- Proficiency in Mandarin preferred.Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Retail Trainer: 2 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 02/29/2024
