Delivered of item from designated IOI Pick-Up Point to address assign by PIC/System- To report daily Issued item and total delivered item to PIC on daily basis- Item successfully delivered according to standard time given (1 hour delivery per trip)- To make sure all items are collected from the collection counter before deliver to customers- To carry all items using the bag provided by the company and make sure all items are in good condition when delivered to customer- Snap a photo as a proof of delivery to each order deliver to customers- Be mall ambassadors by providing exemplary good customer services skill while handling feedback from shoppers- To keep report to Admin counter when encounter any issue during deliver item to customer- Be polite when communicate with customer via phone, WhatsApp or face to face- Any other ad hoc tasks to be assigned by Customer Service Manager for order delivery**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Dental insurance- Free parking- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Holidays- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental Pay:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
