**About the job****JOB DESCRIPTION****POSITION OVERVIEW**As a **Risk Account Specialist, **you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier customer experience.**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**- Examine and validate the identity of the merchant to ensure the information submitted is valid.- Perform checks in internal and external databases to verify the information provided and confirm the supportability of the merchant.- Identify and document inaccuracies that raise red flags that require intervention and follow up with the merchant.- Investigate and compare the items sold on Merchant's website to the information provided on the Stripe account, such as product descriptions, merchant industry, and charges.- **Raise the bar** - Be results-focused and always look to improve your performance versus your goals. Be proud to deliver high-quality service that makes our clients stand out against the crowd.- **Offer and ask for help** - Seek to support new team members as they learn about our products and processes.
