Rm2500 Inbound Customer Service (Intake August & September)

Job Description Job Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls to attend to customer's order, request, inquiries, feedback and ensure accurate date entry into customer database.
To provide solutions to customers based on company SOP and maintain professionlaism in customer handling.
Ensure accurate customer data maintenance and call log updated.
Ensure feedback and unresolved cases are channeled to Customer Support team for case resolution.
To complete any adhoc tasks given from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Degree fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Minimum SPM with minimum 3 year customer service/call centre experience.
Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Available to start by end of August or early September

Job details :
Working days : 5 days with 2 days off (rotation basis)
Working hours : Shift Rotation Basis (based on schedule)
o 6 AM - 3 PM
o 8 AM - 5 PM
o 10 AM - 7 PM
o 1 PM - 10 PM
o 3 PM - 12 AM
o 10 PM - 7 AM
Location : Bangsar (Accessible by LRT Abdullah Hukum)
Salary : RM 2500 (English/BM Speaker) and RM3000 (Mandarin Speaker)
Contract duration : 6 months (2 weeks training)
