Project/Account manager?We are looking for an Independent Account Manager to manage our client accounts.As our Account Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered with satisfactory results and to manage the relationship between our partners (Client and Talent).**(A) Responsibilities**1. Understand client design needs and requirements2. Coordinate and work with the internal designer unit to address client requirements.3. Responsible to manage and oversee a team of designers and a portfolio of clients.4. Quality control - match client needs5. People management - internal & external communication**(B) Requirements**1. Minimum have 2-5 years working experienced in related creative field2. Proven experience as a Traffic Manager within a busy and fast-paced agency environment.3. Possess strong passion in organisation, time management, and problem solving.4. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills6. Strong listening and presentation skills7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively8. Knowledge on multimedia design will be advantage9.
