Joining BowerBird means being part of a supportive team that celebrates success and pushes boundaries.**Key Requirements**- Min 4 years experience with- Rails (Ruby on Rails)- HTML- Javascript- Back and Front-end experience required.- Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, colours, and typography.- Ability to complete features independently.- Ability to complete features from a sketch idea. (We do not use overly detailed figma designs or complex scheduling tools)- Good online communication skills, specifically Slack chats and video calls.- Ability to have fun while working hard. (Building things can be hard.
