If yes, then we are looking for you as a highly motivated new team member to take the Asia Branch Operations capability to new heights.This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of Asia by improving the continuously evolving branch operations, focused on the topics that bring robust branch oversight.The key tasks are:- Act as key member to drive regional branch operations and governance related initiatives (incl reporting) across P&C and L&H, with focus on branch operations / legal entity management- Collaborate closely with relevant cross-functional teams (including Regional HQ and Branches) to gather information, analyze and identify trends, provide remediation actions for branch issues and work with them to address key areas of concern.- Contribute to the branch reporting at various levels (branch committee, Regional operations committee etc.) to support effective branch oversight, or to support the remediation of systemic branch issues (involving the 2nd line of defense)- Provides support on the implementation of key initiatives in relation to the Branch Governance.- Champions a high performance environment and a strong branch mindset (under a functional driven organization) to deepen the broader branch operations and governance consideration.About the TeamStrategy & Operations Asia is a team of out-of-the-box thinkers, who are responsible for a wide and diverse range of topics. Team members need to be highly motivated to work both autonomously and with diverse partners across the region and globally.Our team members are located all over Asia, with a focus on our two regional hubs Singapore and Hong Kong.About You- 4-5 years of experience working in consulting, insurance related branch governance or other relevant roles- Analytics Mastermind: Structured and analytical thinker as well as problem solver with "can-do" attitude- Story Guru: Proficient in story telling as well as slide writing and presentation compilation based on PowerPoint- Delivery Champ: Work experience in operations excellence or business transformation execution, e.g. project and change management. Hands on experience in branch governance or governance reporting for senior management is a plus- Self-starter: Motivated to take ownership and deliver above and beyond the expectations of stakeholders- Insurance Expert: Good understanding of branch operations and governance, legal entity management, of a re-/insurance company- Solutions Driven with governance understanding: Ability to think strategically and "out-of-the-box", and not shy to engage in new topics. Be able to drive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure the branch are in compliant with governance regulations, internal policies and procedures.
