Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions. Plan and implement OSH policies and programs. Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics. Review existing policies and procedures. Adhere to all the rules and regulations Work with HR to set up a new employee onboarding process for safety. Conduct a risk assessment. Enforce preventative measures. Check if all the employees are acting in adherence to rules and regulations. Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes. Assists in investigating accidents or injuries that occur in the workplace. Assists in the establishment of workplace safety and health committees and monitors their performance. Assist in carrying out daily safety duty maintain throughout the entire factory premises. Assist in the staff training and/or supervision of new inspectors and development. Responsible to issue Safety offense tickets to all employees that fail to meet the Safety & Health rules. Responsible for administrative functions such as budget preparation and control, preparation of various reports and documents, processing of legal documents, and personnel management. Reviews the work of subordinates to ensure the adequacy of service and to ensure departmental standards are met and policies are carried out. Jobs Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health. Minimum Three Years' experience in Occupational Safety and Health. Successfully completed a course of training in occupational safety and health and passed any exam for that course and possess Green Book ( Manufacturing ) Possess good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Package. Active, work initiative, self-starter, and working independently. Good in planning and arrangement of priority of task.
