Safety And Health Officer

**Qualification**- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.- Minimum Three Years' experience in Occupational Safety and Health.- Successfully completed a course of training in occupational safety and health and passed any exam for that course and possess Green Book (**Manufacturing**).- Possess good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Package.- Active, work initiative, self-starter, and working independently.- Good in planning and arrangement of priority of task.**Key Duties & Responsibilities**- Oversee workplace repair, installations, and any other work that could harm employees' safety.- Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions.- Plan and implement OSH policies and programs.- Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics.- Review existing policies and procedures.- Adhere to all the rules and regulations- Work with HR to set up a new employee onboarding process for safety.- Conduct a risk assessment.- Enforce preventative measures.- Check if all the employees are acting in adherence to rules and regulations.- Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes.- Assists in investigating accidents or injuries that occur in the workplace.- Assists in the establishment of workplace safety and health committees and monitors their performance.- Assist in carrying out daily safety duty maintain throughout the entire factory premises.- Assist in the staff training and/or supervision of new inspectors and development.- Responsible to issue Safety offense tickets to all employees that fail to meet the Safety & Health rules.- Responsible for administrative functions such as budget preparation and control, preparation of various reports and documents, processing of legal documents, and personnel management.- Reviews the work of subordinates to ensure the adequacy of service and to ensure departmental standards are met and policies are carried out.- Follow related procedures and work instructions, company rules, regulations, and instructions of the Management.Pay: From RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift
